• Oversee stock control systems, including audits and cycle counts.
• Develop training plans for staff to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for seamless logistics.
• Review warehouse performance, implementing enhancements.
• Engage with other departments to streamline supply chain workflows.
• Forecast inventory levels based on demand planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
