Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in software testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and prioritize test cases based on project timelines.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure application stability under load.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using project management tools.
• Assist in the development of continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.
• Monitor application performance and user experience post-release.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment processes.
• Provide insights for continuous improvement of QA practices.
• Facilitate testing workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on product performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing

• Selenium

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
