• Track project timelines and budgets, reporting any deviations to management.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, facilitating open communication among team members.
• Evaluate existing products for enhancements and recommend modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or process engineering roles
