Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project teams in Johannesburg. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing successful projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights for future project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings.
  • Act as the single point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation within the project team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop project training and orientation materials.
  • Lead the change management process for project transitions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project management
