Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Construction Manager with extensive experience in project management and site supervision. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and reports.
  • Implement efficient project management practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a strong focus on residential and commercial projects
