Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of the front desk and guest services.
  • Educate staff on customer service best practices.
  • Manage the dispatch of duties and responsibilities among team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional efforts targeted at enhancing guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for staff.
  • Review and streamline guest service processes for efficiency.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of service at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or similar
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in guest services or hotel management
