We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in Cape Town. You will play a vital role in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
Facilitate employee development programs and training.
Assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
Participate in HR audits and assessments.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Assist with HR-related projects and special initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Social Sciences
Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus

3-5 years of HR experience preferred
