Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive our training initiatives in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of adult learning principles and be adept at designing engaging training programs that enhance employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of training throughout the organization.
  • Identify and analyze training needs through surveys and interviews.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
  • Collect and analyze training data to measure performance and adjust plans as needed.
  • Develop training materials and resources tailored to specific skill sets.
  • Support talent development initiatives and career progression plans.
  • Manage the training budget to optimize resource allocation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through innovative training solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR Development or a related field
  • Diploma in Training Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in training and development roles
