• Enhance onboarding processes to improve new hire integration and retention.
• Work with external vendors to deliver specialized training.

• Contribute to the overall HR strategy and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or employee development.
