Job Description

As a Telecommunications Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing telecommunications systems in Durban. We seek someone with a solid understanding of network technologies and a passion for enhancing communications within the community.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR projects including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Manage employee wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment.
• Evaluate and enhance HR systems and processes for efficiency.
• Review and update HR policies and employee handbooks regularly.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role
