Job Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist who can manage various HR functions to enhance our organizational culture. The selected candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Draft and revise HR policies to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Execute employee performance reviews and track progress.
  • Assist in the management of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through various HR programs.
  • Provide advice and support on HR issues to managers and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is advantageous

  • 4+ years of experience in a human resources generalist capacity
