We are seeking a knowledgeable Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on labor laws and policies, ensuring compliance and fostering positive employee relations.
Responsibilities
Consult with management on labor-related matters and provide recommendations.
Assist in the development of employee handbooks and policy manuals.
Facilitate training sessions regarding compliance and labor regulations.
Monitor labor relations trends and provide insights to management.
Support in mediating disputes between employees and management.
Assess the effectiveness of labor relations strategies and make adjustments.
Conduct exit interviews to identify potential labor issues.
Provide ongoing support and advice to HR teams regarding labor relations.
Collaborate with external legal advisors if necessary.
Develop comprehensive reports for management regarding labor relations issues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
Postgraduate qualification in Labor Relations is preferable
Experience
5+ years of experience in labor relations consulting.
