The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in manufacturing processes and a knack for optimizing productivity. You will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Direct all aspects of factory operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Lead safety initiatives within the production team.
• Develop and implement training plans to upskill workers.
• Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high product standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Diploma in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Manufacturing Process Optimization Proficient in optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency.
• Team Leadership Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Quality Control Ability to implement and manage quality control processes.
• Safety Compliance Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Data Analysis Skilled in data analysis to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Problem-solving Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Six Sigma Certification
• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Forklift Certification: Valid forklift driving license is a plus.
