Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender to manage the feeding of cold strip coil stock into roll-forming machines. Your role will ensure a smooth and continuous manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set machine parameters and feed cold strip coils into roll-forming machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects.
• Train new staff on safety and operational procedures.
• Document production data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of machine-related issues.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Engage in cross-departmental projects as required.
• Support management in achieving overall production goals.

Advantageous
