Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for tile and stone layout.
• Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and tools for tile installation.
• Ensure that all installations meet quality standards and specifications.
• Train and mentor junior staff on installation techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in construction or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tile and stone installation

Technical Skills

• Advanced Tile Setting Techniques
• Measurement and Estimation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience Working with Designers: Exposure to collaborating with architects and designers for custom projects.
