Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Document all repairs and services accurately in the system.
• Interact with customers to provide updates and explain repairs.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure proper functionality.
• Assist with warranty repairs and maintain associated documentation.

Requirements

Education

• N3 certificate in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• Trade Test Certificate is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance

Technical Skills

• Engine Diagnostics
• Vehicle Systems Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Auto Electrical Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with diagnostic software: Experience with automotive diagnostic software for troubleshooting.
• Experience in a fast-paced workshop environment: Ability to thrive in a busy automotive repair setup.
