Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze various assets for valuation purposes.
• Conduct thorough research and data collection to support appraisal activities.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of local real estate markets.
• Collaborate with the valuation team on complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present appraisal reports to clients and management.
• Monitor and assess changes in property values and market trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate valuation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• Professional valuation qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of related industry experience preferred.
