Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Allied Health Therapist to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves assessing patients, designing tailored treatment plans, and utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing. Collaborate with our skilled healthcare professionals to promote a holistic approach to health and wellness while actively participating in community outreach and education.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the physical and emotional needs of patients to develop therapy objectives.
  • Design and implement treatment strategies for rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and adjust as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Support clients in achieving their personal health and wellness goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Master's degree is a distinct advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in various health settings
