Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions while delivering exceptional patient care. You will work in a collaborative environment, emphasizing patient education and health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Review patient histories and perform clinical assessments.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Participate in professional development and training.
• Provide mentorship to junior medical staff.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualifications in family medicine is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
