Join our team as an HR Generalist and help us drive our HR strategies. Your duties will include policy development, compliance audits, and facilitating training and development programs.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of recruitment including job descriptions and advertising.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and best practices.
Provide support for the implementation of training programs.
Evaluate and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
Assist with payroll queries and employee benefits enrollment.
Develop and implement strategies for HR metrics tracking.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Contribute to health and safety programs and initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Master's degree is a plus

3-5 years' experience in human resources management
