Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to spearhead our change initiatives in Sandton. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in HR management to create strategies that enhance employee engagement and ensure smooth implementation of change processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate organizational change efforts across business units.
  • Develop communication plans to inform employees of changes and their impacts.
  • Assess training needs and implement learning solutions to equip employees for change.
  • Evaluate stakeholder engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive a culture of flexibility and adaptability across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote understanding of change initiatives.
  • Support leadership in aligning their team’s activities with organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective change management.
  • Utilize data and feedback to refine change management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Master's degree in Change Management or HR Management is preferred
