Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the charge in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring client retention. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and address any challenges they might face. You will also play a pivotal role in maximizing customer value through successful onboarding and continuous engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage customer success metrics to evaluate client performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a SaaS environment.
