Responsibilities

• Manage aerospace design projects from initial concept to production.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop design specifications.
• Work alongside manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot design issues during the production phase.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Document design changes and maintain a comprehensive project log.
• Contribute to cost estimation and budgeting for aerospace projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop and execute project plans to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of direct aerospace engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Systems Engineering

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Aerospace Certified Professional
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience in Prototype Testing: Experience in working on prototype development and testing phases.
