Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Agent to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will engage with customers, resolve issues, and enhance their experience with our products. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions effectively across various channels.

  • Assist in training new staff on customer service procedures.
