Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender, you will play a crucial role in the production of animal feed. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of machinery while maintaining quality standards for livestock nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct quality assessments of final products.
• Communicate with team leaders about supply needs.
• Participate in training on new machinery or processes.
• Assist in setting up machinery for different production runs.
• Document any discrepancies in production logs.
• Help train new operators on standard procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute ideas for improving production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in machinery operation is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in animal feed production is advantageous.
