Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on urban development issues and trends.
• Develop and manage project timelines for urban planning projects.
• Facilitate public meetings to engage with community members about urban issues.
• Generate planning documents including technical reports and design concepts.
• Coordinate with governmental agencies on compliance and approvals.
• Evaluate and update zoning regulations and policies as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in urban planning or related field
