Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Proactively identify risks to customer health and work to mitigate them.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to optimize their experience.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate users.
  • Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to relay customer insights and needs.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the company by advocating for the customer's voice.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management
