Job Description

In this position, you will oversee key accounts, develop strategies for growth, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience in account management are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze client performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals.
  • Be a brand ambassador for the company in external engagements.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or related field
