Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to lead multiple projects within our Cape Town branch. This role demands a combination of strategic planning and hands-on management, ensuring that all projects are aligned with our company goals and client needs. You’ll work closely with teams to facilitate project execution and drive optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project team to deliver quality output in accordance with company standards.
• Develop detailed project documentation such as reports, communication plans, and project timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid issues during project execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and innovation.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies: Experience in managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Familiarity with project risk management tools: Knowledge of tools and techniques for identifying and mitigating project risks.
