Responsibilities

• Lead social media outreach programs, engaging with followers and stakeholders.
• Maintain an updated content calendar to streamline posts and campaigns.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for content.
• Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Create guidelines for brand messaging and tone on social media.
• Train and mentor junior social media staff in best practices and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of solid experience in managing social media platforms
