• Assist in the design and implementation of data-oriented projects.
• Review and enhance existing data collection processes.
• Facilitate workshops to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize data systems.
• Develop training resources on data literacy for staff.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and management policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence
