We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, optimizing warehouse layout, and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling of warehouse operations.
• Work closely with suppliers to coordinate deliveries.
• Manage warehouse budgets and reduce operating costs.
• Lead performance evaluations and team building activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide leadership during peak seasons and manage workloads effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles within warehousing

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
