Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the entire logistics process in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing supply chain logistics, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources effectively for transportation and distribution.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding logistics requirements.
• Effectively manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Create reports on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and inventory movements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a logistics or operations role

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
