We are seeking a passionate Pet Groomer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing grooming services, ensuring the comfort and safety of pets while delivering an exceptional experience for their owners.

Responsibilities

• Execute grooming tasks efficiently while ensuring pet comfort.
• Maintain grooming equipment and ensure hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Recognize and report any health issues observed during grooming.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in pet grooming is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a pet grooming environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in dog training: Able to assist with basic training commands during grooming.
• First Aid Certification for Pets: Certified in pet first aid and CPR to handle emergencies.
