Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to oversee and implement change management strategies within our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our teams through transitions while ensuring the company culture remains intact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of change management frameworks and processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to ensure buy-in and support.
  • Create communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Evaluate and improve change management processes continuously.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and proactive change in teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or HR
  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in change management within an HR context
