Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will support our HR department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Your role will be integral in fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR best practices and contribute to strategic HR planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
  • Assist in managing employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote health and safety initiatives in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
