In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for diverse positions across multiple industries.
  • Build rapport with candidates and clients alike to foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and market trends.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening for prospective candidates.
  • Train and mentor junior consultants on best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Studies
  • A Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
