Responsibilities

• Develop event proposals and plans that meet client expectations.
• Work closely with the event team to create fresh ideas and themes.
• Manage on-site event execution and troubleshoot any issues.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for all events.
• Evaluate event success and report on outcomes to the management.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Create and maintain timelines for all events.
• Lead a team of assistants during events to ensure tasks are completed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume event coordination
