Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager who can manage diverse projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with various departments, engage with clients, and implement project management methodologies to deliver exceptional outcomes and foster positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project lifecycle from inception to closure.
• Establish effective communication strategies with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and vendors.
• Lead project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
• Direct project meetings and workshops.
• Hire and mentor team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project management policies.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent

Experience

• 8+ years of project management experience

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with PRINCE2 methodology: Familiar with PRINCE2 project management methodology which focuses on process-driven approach.
• Strong experience in software development projects: Prior experience managing projects in the software development lifecycle.
