We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably presented, while also managing staff performance and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards.
• Conduct daily inspections to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage staff scheduling and workload distribution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training staff on cleaning techniques and equipment use.
• Monitor supply levels and order cleaning materials as needed.
• Address and resolve any guest queries or issues related to housekeeping.
• Maintain records of housekeeping operations and reports.
• Collaborate with management to implement new cleaning protocols.
• Support a team-oriented environment through guidance and encouragement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in the housekeeping industry
