Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensuring the efficient management of warehouse activities, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards. You will play a critical role in streamlining operations and improving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse team, ensuring effective resource allocation and task delegation.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments, ensuring data integrity.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and present to management.
• Assist in the development of warehouse budgets and track expenditures.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate shipping schedules and deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within warehouse operations

• SAP Logistics Certification
