Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for overseeing HR functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement effective HR strategies. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Provide HR support during performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting discussions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices.
• Implement employee wellness programs to support work-life balance.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR services.
• Assist in conflict resolution and facilitate mediation between employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of relevant HR experience
