Responsibilities

• Review and update compensation policies to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management on compensation trends.
• Participate in compensation surveys to gather market data.
• Assist in the formulation of compensation offers for new hires.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify competitive salary packages.
• Monitor the effectiveness of salary programs and adjust where necessary.
• Help in developing training materials related to compensation structures.
• Engage with external consultants to refine compensation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or HR analysis roles
