Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic services in a welcoming spa environment.
• Handle client inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products for home care.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering.
• Cultivate relationships with clients for repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or similar
• Advanced certification in skincare treatments is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aesthetic treatments

Technical Skills

• Spa Management Software
• Massage Techniques

• Team Player

Certifications

• CIDESCO or ITEC Certification
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Makeup Artistry: Skill in makeup application to enhance client features post-treatment.
• Experience with Microdermabrasion: Knowledgeable in microdermabrasion techniques and procedures.
