You will play a vital role in patient care by providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services, including medication therapy management, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the training of pharmacy interns and students.
• Conduct clinical assessments for high-risk patients.
• Advise on formulary management and drug procurement.
• Participate in health policy development related to pharmacy practice.

• Utilize technology to enhance pharmacy operations and patient safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate training in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical settings
