Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral exams to assess the dental health of patients.
• Execute a range of treatments, from simple restorations to complex surgery.
• Keep detailed notes of patient treatments and updates.
• Work with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Encourage oral health awareness and preventive care in the community.
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
• Build lasting patient relationships for ongoing dental care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Competence in dental radiography
• Knowledge of oral health management

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• CPR and Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Tswana: Conversational
