Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Pretoria team. You will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will perform testing procedures, identify defects, and work collaboratively with our development team to enhance product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test schedules and manage testing timelines.
• Analyze requirements and design test strategies that align with product objectives.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product usability.
• Report and track quality assurance metrics to enhance overall product quality.
• Work closely with teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
• Prepare documentation for test results and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Quality Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a QA role with proven experience in managing QA processes
