Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Researcher who is enthusiastic about enhancing healthcare through rigorous scientific inquiry. You will design and implement research projects, analyze data, and advocate for evidence-based practices that benefit patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate prospective research collaborations and partnerships.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines in all research activities.
  • Compile comprehensive research reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials outlining research results.
  • Prepare and deliver training on research protocols to staff and participants.
  • Engage in community outreach for research participant recruitment.
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with research projects.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods in research evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of research grants and funding applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field
  • PhD in a relevant field is highly advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research or health-related studies

  • Statistical Software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)

Certifications
  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
