Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager who is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve strategizing customer engagement, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring that our clients are equipped to maximize the value of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen customer relationships to enhance their product experience.
  • Lead onboarding processes to set clients up for success.
  • Monitor customer health scores and mitigate risks to retention.
  • Conduct engagement webinars and training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to adapt services to customer requirements.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data to propose improvements.
  • Communicate customer needs and insights back to the product teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certifications in Customer Success are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
