Monitor customer health metrics and provide proactive support.
Facilitate webinars and workshops to educate clients on product features.
Manage renewals and reduce churn through strategic account management.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
