Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Johannesburg to lead our customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will proactively work with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction, driving renewals and expanding our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding efforts, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing insights and guidance.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and provide proactive support.
  • Facilitate webinars and workshops to educate clients on product features.
  • Manage renewals and reduce churn through strategic account management.
  • Create tailored success plans that align with customer goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
